2. Object of the treatment

The Data Controller informs you pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (hereinafter "Privacy Code") and of the art. 13 EU regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR") which processes any personal data you may have provided for the purposes that will be communicated from time to time and for which your specific consent will always be required.

3. Processing methods

Your data may be processed on paper and electronically.

The data referred to in Casetta I ^ Soc. Agr. limited liability is the holder are only those necessary for the first phase of registration.

We also inform you that in both cases the data will be collected, processed and stored in full compliance with the provisions of articles 31 and following of the Privacy Code and the Technical Regulations - Annex B to the Code - regarding security measures as well as in compliance of the measures deemed suitable pursuant to the new EU Regulation 2016/679. The data will also be processed in full compliance with the self-regulation rules on the processing of personal data contained in the sector's Deontological Codes in force.

It is specified that the data in question will be processed by us:

to)               in strict compliance with the general principles established by art. 11 of the Privacy Code and art. 5 and 6 of the GDPR, i.e. according to correctness, accuracy, completeness and congruity with respect to the purposes indicated above;

b)               by means of manual, IT and telematic tools, with management logics strictly related to the aforementioned purposes and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the same;

as well as by the Data Controller, by persons appointed as "appointees" pursuant to art. 30 of the Privacy Code, or entities authorized under the GDPR;

It is specified that:

Your personal data may be communicated by us, to the extent of their respective and specific competence:

to)               to any public and private entity with respect to which there is an obligation or need for communication for us;

b)               to external subjects (public and private), for the same purposes and needs of correct and profitable management of our relationships;

Finally, it should be noted that, pursuant to art. 15 GDPR constitutes the right of the interested party to be informed on the origin of the data, on the purposes and methods of processing, and to obtain, at any time, the updating, rectification, integration, cancellation and transformation into anonymous form of their data, without prejudice to the right to object to their processing at any time for legitimate reasons.

4. Purpose of the treatment

Data processing takes place for the purposes indicated from time to time, subject to your consent.  Your personal data are processed:

A) without your express consent (Article 24 letter a), b), c) Privacy Code and art. 6 lett.

b), e) GDPR), for the following Service Purposes:

- conclude the contracts for the services of the Data Controller;

- fulfill the pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations deriving from

existing relationships with you;

- fulfill the obligations established by law, by a regulation, by community legislation or by an order of the Authority (such as in the field of anti-money laundering);

- exercise the rights of the owner, for example the right to defense in court;

B) Only with your specific and distinct consent (articles 23 and 130 of the Privacy Code and article 7 of the GDPR), for the following Marketing Purposes:

- send you via e-mail, post and / or sms and / or telephone contacts, newsletters, commercial communications and / or advertising material on products or services offered by the Data Controller and survey of the degree of satisfaction with the quality of services;

- send you commercial and / or promotional communications from third parties (for example partners, other Group companies) via e-mail, post and / or sms and / or telephone contacts.

5. Place of data processing

The servers of the company Casetta I ^ Soc. Agr. limited liability  are located at the headquarters of the Data Controller indicated in point 1 above.

6. Consequences of refusing to provide data

The provision of your personal data will take place for the purposes described from time to time and after obtaining your specific consent. 

7. Scope of data communication

The personal data collected will not be disclosed, except for your express consent which may be requested from time to time.

8. Right of access, portability, rectification or cancellation and blocking of personal data

In your capacity as an interested party, you have the rights referred to in art. 7 of the Privacy Code and art. 15 GDPR and precisely the rights of: i. obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form; ii. obtain the indication: a) of the origin of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of the processing; c) of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2 of the Privacy Code and art. 3, paragraph 1, GDPR; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents; iii. obtain: a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment is proves impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right; iv. object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, through the use of automated call systems without the intervention of an operator by e-mail and / or through traditional marketing methods by telephone and / or paper mail. It should be noted that the right of opposition of the interested party, set out in point b) above, for direct marketing purposes through automated methods extends to traditional ones and that in any case the possibility remains for the interested party to exercise the right of opposition also only in  part. Therefore, the interested party can decide to receive only communications using traditional methods or only automated communications or neither of the two types of communication. Where applicable, it also has the rights referred to in Articles. 16-21 GDPR (Right of rectification, right to be forgotten, right of limitation of treatment, right to data portability, right of opposition), as well as the right of complaint to the Guarantor Authority

Your data may be made accessible for the purposes referred to in art. 6:

- to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller or of the Group companies in Italy and abroad, in their capacity as authorized subjects and / or internal data processors and / or system administrators;

- to third-party companies or other subjects (by way of example, suppliers or

companies providing services, etc.) who carry out activities on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as external data processors or authorized subjects.

9.  Duration of treatment

The data will be processed for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

They will also remain available at  owner, manager and persons in charge for any storage required by law (Article 22, paragraph 5, of the Code), only for the duration of the project or, until the different date of the request for cancellation by the user. In general, the user is informed that the processing of data cannot be longer than ten years.
