to) to any public and private entity with respect to which there is an obligation or need for communication for us;
b) to external subjects (public and private), for the same purposes and needs of correct and profitable management of our relationships;

9. Duration of treatment
The data will be processed for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
They will also remain available at owner, manager and persons in charge for any storage required by law (Article 22, paragraph 5, of the Code), only for the duration of the project or, until the different date of the request for cancellation by the user.
